Delivery Time

Pre-order Items

The pre-order period typically ranges from 12 to 20 days, but the exact timeframe may vary depending on the product. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are ready. Shipping Methods & Transit

  • For orders shipped to Mainland China, we primarily use SF Express, with delivery usually completed within 3-10 business days.

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

Oversized Item Shipping (No Free Shipping)

  • United States: EMS - $60 USD

Free Shipping Conditions

  • Orders over $100 USD: Free shipping to Mainland China.

  • Orders over $300 USD: Free shipping to the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, major European countries, Israel, and Eastern European countries (e.g., Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Türkiye).

  • Orders over $300 USD (Discounted Shipping):

    • Brunei, Cambodia, Laos: Shipping reduced to $10 USD.

    • Middle East: Shipping reduced to $12 USD.

    • Other European Countries: Shipping reduced to $12 USD.

  • Orders over $350 USD: Free shipping to Brazil and Mexico.

Important Notes

  • You may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery, depending on your country's policy. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If you refuse to pay applicable duties, your order may be destroyed by customs or returned to us. If we receive a returned order, we will deduct any shipping costs, duties, and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
